I offer face‑to‑face or online coaching, beginning with a free 30‑minute conversation to explore the direction you want to go.

My approach is collaborative, curious, gentle, and trauma‑informed.

Despite being fitted with a cochlear implant, I have excellent listening skills and pay attention to what’s said and spookily, what isn’t!

Together we explore your strengths, values, thinking styles, and the stories shaped by years of masking, shame, and misunderstanding.

We break down overwhelm, procrastination, disorganisation, and working‑memory challenges into manageable steps, understand how your sensory needs influence focus and energy, and find healthy ways to meet your dopamine needs without burnout.

We work with your inner critic, unpick avoidance and fear of “getting it wrong,” and build compassionate, sustainable routines that support the realities of ADHD.

How I Work…

Interior of a room with a white dresser, colorful wall decorations of flying birds, a wire card display stand with greeting cards, and a table with various small blue balls and bowls, along with a can and some paper items.
