People work with me because I bring together 3 things that matter:
1. Lived experience
I know what it’s like to move through the world feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, reactive, imaginative, inconsistent, and I understand the sheer agony of not being able to fully reach your potential despite having such great ideas. I understand the exhaustion of masking, the shame, the rejection sensitivity, the task paralysis, the creative zone, and the relief of finally understanding my brain, and meeting others who feel the same (my favourite bit!)
2. Professional depth
With over 17 years in a national mental health charity and front-line experience in addiction, housing, probation, complexity, crisis, and human behaviour, I bring a grounded, trauma‑informed approach to my work. I’m a qualified Social Worker and hold an accredited certificate in ADHD coaching, which means I work collaboratively and with clear boundaries, holding a safe space without stepping into therapy.
3. A coaching style that fits ADHD
I work in a person‑centred way, always guided by your agenda. I don’t offer generic advice but will help you understand your wiring, your patterns, your strengths, your values, and the barriers that get in the way. Together we explore and build strategies that feel possible, compassionate, and sustainable.
