ADHD Day and Half Day Retreats *

A spacious, grounding, creative day co-designed entirely for you, based in Harleston, Nr. Stomarket, Suffolk

Living with ADHD often means carrying a lifetime of overwhelm, self‑criticism, unfinished tasks, emotional disregulation, and the sense that you’re always “catching up.” My ADHD Day Retreats offer something different, a full day dedicated to understanding your mind, reconnecting with your strengths, and creating space for clarity, calm and possibility.

Retreats take place in my Suffolk garden art studio: a quiet, sensory‑friendly space surrounded by nature, designed for reflection, creativity, and gentle structure. You can come for the day or if travel feels overwhelming, you’re welcome to stay overnight in our home.

What a Retreat Includes

Each retreat is shaped around your needs, but may include:

  • 1:1 ADHD coaching

  • strengths, values and thinking‑style exploration

  • creative processes (collage, mixed media, natural materials, visual mapping)

  • executive functioning support

  • task initiation and procrastination work

  • inner critic / inner coach exploration

  • sensory‑friendly grounding activities

  • gentle planning and routine‑building

  • body‑doubling for tasks you’ve been avoiding

  • time to decompress, rest, and reconnect with yourself

You don’t need to be “creative.” You just need to be willing to explore.

This is coaching which is trauma‑informed, collaborative, and paced to your nervous system. This is not therapy, we stay within coaching boundaries at all times.

Optional Overnight Stay

If travelling twice in one day feels overwhelming, you’re welcome to stay overnight in our home.

You’ll have:

  • a private room

  • your own ensuite shower room

  • a quiet, single‑level property (with a few small steps)

  • a calm, comfortable space to decompress after your retreat

I live here with my partner, James. You’re welcome to share an evening meal with us, or if you prefer privacy, there are plenty of takeaway options. You choose whatever feels most comfortable, connection or solitude, conversation or quiet.

You can also arrive the night before if that helps reduce stress or fatigue.

Accessibility

I’m deaf and use a cochlear implant, so I’m very comfortable adapting communication styles, pacing, and sensory environments. The property is single‑level with a few small steps into the house, kitchen and studio.

If you have mobility, sensory, or communication needs, please let me know so we can plan together.

What to Expect

The retreat is spacious, gentle, and grounding. It’s not rushed, not pressured and not performative. Most people describe it as:

  • a hugely relaxing, perfect day

  • a day where everything slows down

  • a chance to think clearly for the first time in a long time

  • a reset for the nervous system

  • a space where they finally feel understood and to be inspired

You leave with clarity, practical tools, and a sense of possibility — not perfection.

Who Retreats Are For?

Retreats are ideal if you:

  • feel stuck, frozen, or overwhelmed

  • struggle with task initiation or procrastination

  • want to explore your ADHD more deeply

  • need time away from everyday demands

  • want creative, sensory‑friendly ways to understand yourself

  • crave a calm, supportive space to reset

  • prefer immersive experiences over weekly sessions

You don’t need a diagnosis. Many clients come with suspected ADHD or simply a sense that their brain works differently.
